TRANSPORTATION
You can reach Sofia by air, train or road.
By air. Sofia Airport is located 7 km away from Varna. It offers scheduled and charter flights throughout the year to over 35 destinations www.sofia-airport.bg. You can choose between the following options for transportation from the Sofia Airport to the City:
- Transfer from the airport to the hotel if ordered in the registration/accomodation form.
- You can pick up a taxi from the airport to the hotel
- Take public bus No. 84 to bus stop „Hotel Pliska“. There you should change to bus 213 or 214 or 305 to the last bus stop „Central Railway Station“. Remember to buy bus tickets before you get onto the bus.
By train. Sofia is a very easy place to get to by train.
By bus/car. Sofia is accessible from the main border checkpoints via international and national roads
